My doctor advised me to take Niacinamide, I used to have swelling and inflamed joints and this helped a lot. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory especially helpful for those of us with arthritis. This is also a good source of vitamin B3. When in extreme pain I take twice the dosage with the approval of my MD. This supplement alleviates me of the pain. I find it also eases my migraines. A good thing to note, this brand of Niacinamide did not cause any flushing. A noticeable improvement, is that it cleared up my skin! So far there are no side effects. I consume 1 capsule daily with food. I highly recommended this.

Good Product

A couple of years ago, someone told me to take niacin for migraines along with lecithin. After about three complete medical work ups and no relief even with doctor's prescribed drugs, I tried it. From that time on I had about 90% ease of migraines. I did however obtain a list of possible migraine triggers about that time and also make adjustments. As I got older, I stopped getting migraines which I'll always believe have something to do with your hormones as a young woman. Now I still take niacinamide as a part of a heart and circulatory health regime. I keep hearing too many bad side effects with blood thinners and cholesterol medicines. Along with that, I try to eat healthy and maintain a healthy weight and reduce stress. It works great for me.

Great Product

I am taking this product to help decrease my cholesterol numbers. In addition to fish oil and a station and adding this I am hoping for some great numbers in my blood work-up. I'd really like to stop the situation and rely on diet, fish oil and Niacinamide. I have read many reviews on this product before my purchase and decided to give it a try. The price is certainly reasonable and the capsule is a normal size and easy to swallow. It has a multitude of benefits, especially for brain health. Works great and we've never gotten any flush after taking it. Now foods have been the go to brand in this house.

This is a great supplement I ever try to boost up my energy in all day work. I use to take 1 Capsule in the morning to maximize my energy in all day long and 1 capsule in the night before, sleep because for me it has a good result when I am taking this Niacinamide at night it help me to have a better and relaxing sleep without making me drowsy. This product also helps me to increase mental clarity in day. I absolutely love this product compare to the other brand that can only boost your energy within an hour and afterwards you will feel so tired and dizzy.

This Niacinamide helped me with my migraine and help me to have a peaceful sleep and make me more relax at night. Before I can't sleep at night because of my migraine.
